Escape from Dinosaur Island

The second (and last) of Fractal Dimensions' line of 'Gamelets' - comic-book sized games inspired by the microgames of the 1980s. This one is primarily a solitaire game, although it has a two-player scenario. A group of U.S. marines in the South Pacific, 1944, find themselves on an island filled with prehistoric beasts, and must race to escape. Marines' statuses are tracked individually, and separate maps are used for movement and combat. Counters represent marines, dinosaurs, equipment and other encounters. - BoardGameGeek
